I'm Decie Lou, 25 years old and living in Cebu City, Philippines.
A former BPO employee with 7 years of phone and chat support experience in customer service. Has produced precise and efficient outcomes using a variety of systems, including Salesforce, Avaya, Sabre (GDS), and Voyager.
 

Outside of work, I am a mother to a very active and smart baby girl. I love to cook and bake. I enjoy coffee so much and I find the process of making it interesting. I used to spend most of my weekend traveling and would love to do it again with my baby. 
 

Apart from that, I like reading books, self-improvement, fiction, cookbook and etc. I also like to watch series movies. Aside from that, I simply like to spend my days off with my family.
